Could you make sure you put the reference of the payment as:
The middle part of your group’s name followed by the first letter of your name then surname. The group’s name is the title of the whats app group created by your quran teacher. If you are not sure what this is, please ask your teacher or contact us by email.
 

For example:

If you are in the group : NQS BT1 Mr Yasser , And your name is Ahmed Ali then the reference should be (BT1 AAli)

If you are paying for more than one person , use the reference of the youngest student you are paying for.

Once you complete the payment, please send an email to the school (admin@newcastlequranschool.co.uk) with the reference you put, and the names you paid for.
